Nonetheless, those sticking with Quicken 2007 for a bit longer might be wise to update their Mac to the latest version of High Sierra by August, and then skip upgrading to Mojave and beyond. Meanwhile, hopefully, the next year or so will bring enough enhancements to the modern Quicken to allow most of us to finally let go of Quicken 2007. I have several accounts. Recently, when I enter a transfer from one account to another, Quicken puts it into a different account. This can occur in the debit or credit columns. It just seems to have a mind of its own! Help!!! Carole from Delray Beach, FL

I am not computer savvy - so I am reluctant to try something as complicated as your suggestion sounds. I guess I'll just have to live with it. That is also why I am not willing to update my Quicken to the 2018 version. Thanks for trying to help me.

With PaperPort, it is easy to turn paper (receipts, bills, legal paperwork, forms, letters, etc.) and photos into organized high-quality files to quickly find, use and share. You’ll be able to control who can access specific documents and who can make changes. Visioneer paperport download. In order to prevent problems from occurring due to several people trying to view or modify the same file in a shared network folder, PaperPort Professional 14 will now also automatically lock network-shared files once they are in use. Scanned and electronic files can be viewed, accessed and arranged via clearly marked, color-coded folders.

Ok..then simply try the easiest of them..
    1. Quit Quicken and make a backup copy of you data file. The simplest is to go to the Finder, single-click on your file and select File > Duplicate.
    2. Open your data file.
    3. Select Lists > Accounts
    4. Press and hold CMD-OPT and press B.
This will force a re-indexing of your file. If that does not solve your problem, then try the next easy thing.
    1. With your data file still open, select File > Save a Copy..
    2. When done, open the new file and see if the problem is still there.
If you run into any errors, you can always go back to your backup. Report back your results.

If you’re a Quicken for Mac user, I have some welcome news for you… After a long wait, Intuit has finallyreleased an update of Quicken for Mac 2007 that will run on OS X 10.7 (Lion). But before you get too excited…

Keep in mind that this isn’t so much an update as it is a bug fix — with the bug being the complete inability to run on Lion. As far as I can tell, they haven’t added any features, they have simply “un-broken” their software.

Tableau for mac. And guess what? They’re only charging $15 for it. That’s right… They’re charging their loyal customers $15 to essentially re-enable their software after having abandoned them for years.

According to Intuit:

“This version is ideal for Quicken for Mac customers who use Apple’s latest operating system OS X Lion.”

If by “ideal” they mean charging $15 to re-enable software that they’ve long since given up supporting, then I agree. Ideal.

My advice would be to take that $15 and put it toward Moneydance, which had turned out to be a great alternative to Quicken. If you like them on Facebook, you can get a 20% discount off the $49.99 list price.
